Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. Drop off by 10:00 AM Monday through Friday and your order will be ready by 4:00 PM the same afternoon, at no extra charge. Larger orders, wedding gowns, and leather/suede work take longer; we will give you an exact ready time when you drop off.

Do I bring my clothes to the shop?

Yes. We are a drop-off dry cleaner at 20 Elm Street, North Attleboro. Customers come to us from North Attleboro, Attleboro, Plainville, Mansfield, Wrentham, Norton, Foxboro, and well beyond, and everything is cleaned on-site. We do not offer pickup or delivery.

Are you a chain or franchise?

Neither. We are an independent, family-owned shop, in business since 1999 and now located at 20 Elm Street in North Attleboro.

Where is the cleaning actually performed?

Accepted Answer

Almost everything happens on-site at our Elm Street shop. The exceptions are leather/suede cleaning, tailoring, wash-and-fold laundry, and area rugs, which go to specialty partners, a dedicated laundry facility, and a rug specialist. Wedding gowns, dry cleaning, laundered shirts, comforters, and other household items are all cleaned here under our own roof.

What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundering?

The primary difference is water. Dry cleaning uses solvents instead of water, which is gentler on delicate fabrics like wool, silk, and structured suits. Laundering (wash and press) is what we do with cotton dress shirts.

What solvent do you use?

Accepted Answer

A modern hydrocarbon solvent. It is organic, biodegradable, and far gentler on fabric than the perchloroethylene ("perc") used by most cleaners. It is also better for the environment.

How do you handle stains?

Accepted Answer

Every garment is inspected and pre-treated by hand before cleaning. Different stains call for different chemistry; coffee, oil, ink, and red wine each get a different approach. Tell us what the stain is and roughly when it happened; that information dramatically improves our success rate. Some stains, especially old ones already heat-set by another cleaner, may not come out completely. We will always tell you up front.

Do you replace missing or chipped buttons?

Yes, and on laundered shirts, we do it for free. Every shirt is inspected before it leaves us. It is our standard, not an upsell.

No. Same-day service Monday through Friday is included at no extra charge as long as you drop off by 10:00 AM.

Everyday dry cleaning, laundered shirts, and wash-and-fold are all priced as listed, with no surcharge for our on-site work. Specialty items like wedding gowns and leather/suede are quoted individually; we will tell you the price before any work begins.

Yes, and every step happens on-site. The dress never leaves our facility. Cleaning, hand spot-treatment, inspection, and acid-free preservation packaging are all done at 20 Elm Street.

How long does wedding gown preservation take?

Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the gown's condition and our current queue. We will give you a firm timeline when you drop off.

Do you clean leather and suede?

Yes, through a trusted specialty partner who does only leather and suede work. You drop off and pick up with us. Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks.

Do you clean UGG boots?

Yes. Salt stains, scuffs, and odors are all reversible. Older or heavier salt stains take more work but usually come out fully.

Do you clean comforters and area rugs?

Yes to both. Comforters are cleaned on-site at 20 Elm Street; area rugs are sent out to a dedicated rug-cleaning specialist. Bring in that king-size duvet or rolled-up area rug and we take it from there. For oversize rugs, give us a call first and we will talk through dimensions.

Do you do alterations?

Basic alterations and repairs only: hems, button replacements, seam repairs, zipper repairs. We do not have tailors on-site or a fitting room, so we focus on work that does not require fittings. For full bridal alterations or bespoke tailoring, we will refer you to a specialist.

Yes. Restaurant uniforms, medical scrubs, mechanic uniforms, and other trade workwear can all be set up on a recurring weekly drop-off schedule.
