What is your typical turnaround time?
We offer same-day service Monday through Friday! Drop off your items by 10:00 AM and they'll be ready for pickup by 4:00 PM, at no extra charge. Please note that we do not offer same-day service on Saturdays.
Are you environmentally conscious?
Yes! We utilize a state-of-the-art dry cleaning machine and environmentally safe cleaning methods, including a hydrocarbon solvent that is organic and earth-friendly.
What's the difference between dry cleaning and laundering?
The primary difference is water. Dry cleaning uses solvents instead of water to clean clothes. This is gentler on delicate fabrics.
Do you handle garment repairs?
Yes, we do! We offer alterations and tailoring services on premises. Please inquire for specifics on pricing and turnaround. We also replace buttons on laundered shirts free of charge.
Where do you perform your cleaning services?
Almost all of our work is done on-site, with the exception of leather/suede cleaning and tailoring. This allows for faster turnaround times, minimizes mix-ups, and ensures the highest quality control.
Do you clean wedding gowns?
Absolutely! We offer wedding gown cleaning and preservation services, performed on-site. Our preservation process includes a thorough survey of the gown, specialized cleaning, and packaging in acid-free materials to ensure its beauty for years to come.
